Establishing the formal operational baseline for the ADS-2026 Working Group.
1. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy states that we collect necessary personal data, including names, emails, and institutional affiliations, strictly for the purpose of managing the ADS-2026 Working Group consultation.
The data is managed securely via our authentication provider (Clerk) and database infrastructure (Neon DB). Your information will not be sold, traded, or rented to external third parties. We align with GDPR-friendly principles establishing minimal data collection strictly limited to necessary functional parameters to maintain the integrity of this consultation.
2. Code of Conduct
We are dedicated to providing a harassment-free and respectful experience for all academic and industry contributors participating in this standard-setting process. By participating, you agree to this Code of Conduct.
- Respectful Technical Debate: Participants must demonstrate professional and respectful discourse when contributing to technical amendments and policy reviews.
- Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or intimidation will result in immediate removal from the Working Group.
- Transparency of Affiliations: Contributors must transparently disclose any corporate, academic, or governmental affiliations that could represent a conflict of interest.
3. Terms of Reference (ToR)
Operating within the ADS-2026 Working Group constitutes an agreement to these Terms of Reference. This model replaces any previous Confidentiality Agreements to foster open, academic, and practical contributions.
All feedback, comments, and technical amendments submitted to the /framework platform or associated discussions are considered open contributions. They are intended exclusively to shape and refine the public ADS-2026 standard.
Contributors waive proprietary claims to their specific edits, allowing the ADS-2026 Framework to remain an open, standardized reference accessible to the public domain.
